About Catholic Professionals Forum – Milwaukee Area Business Networking Group
The Catholic Professionals Forum is a metropolitan Milwaukee business networking group with a strong focus on strengthening faith that is evidenced in our conduct as Christian business people.
We hold breakfast meetings 10 times a year, with speakers presenting on topics of faith, business and community issues.
A group of volunteers runs the non-profit organization. Our meeting fees cover breakfast costs and other meeting expenses, as well as meals for clergy and religious, who attend at no cost. Any remaining funds after expenses are used for charitable donations.
Catholic Professionals Forum was launched as a merger of business groups at four parishes of the Milwaukee Archdiocese: St. Dominic, Brookfield; St. John Vianney, Brookfield; St. Joseph, Wauwatosa; and St. Mary’s Visitation, Elm Grove. Since then, members of other parishes in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, and of other Christian churches, have joined us.
Along with the opportunities to connect at our monthly meetings, we maintain a LinkedIn Group that many of our members and attendees have joined. We also have a Facebook page. We also use both sites to post information on upcoming meetings.
Our breakfast meetings are usually held at the Westmoor Country Club on Moorland Road in Brookfield. All meeting plans are tentative during the pandemic. We hold breakfast meetings monthly except for June and July. During the pandemic, you must pre-register and pre-pay so we can have an accurate count for the food preparation and so we do not have to handle money or credit cards at the event.
